Dr. Lafferty is down to earth & easy to talk to! I felt like the Dr. actually listened to my concerns and provided good patient education in regards to my questions about various things. I didn't feel like just another number and I really appreciate that! The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. This is what a patient experience should be like! Found my new PCP!
